As so many players known that in Talisman, for recruitment, do not have a level cap. You can recruite people and allow them to grow with the guild. This makes them stick around longer.
Here we provice you an example to illustrate that. Assuming that you belong to the guild "ELEMENTS" in Flawless Jade in Treasures section. You can enter your guild when you are level 20. Then your guild was ranked 20+. Now your Level 10 guild is ranked No. 1 and by a big margin. This is your first guild and you will never ever had any reason to leave it. But things change a lot when your guild becomes level(talisman Gold) 10.
Then you start participating in BP wars and you also need more high level people to help others. Then we cannot recruit very low levels since they take up space and ask for help more than they can help. We can maintain a healthy balance of low vs high levels so that there are enough people who can be helped grow and enough people to help them. This also will allow us to win wars and also stand on our own. Thus the recruitmanet criteria can change according to the current requirement.
Also, your guild will believe that in loving the members like a family. If anyone enters such a family, they feel too good to leave it anyway. So do not afraid of people leaving your guild because we know that the people who leave are the ones who can not live in a family. The others are the part of your family and they will never leave you.
